Shipping:We only ship domestic US. at this time. Shipping is provided by USPS. Product will be shipped between 2-3 business days after payment is accepted. The reason why we do not ship ground is because the ingredients in our products can not be left inside a hot mail truck in the heat or the product could melt. To ensure you receive your product in a timely manner and in the best possible condition we ship priority only.

Although we do not return or exchange personal care products, we do handle each unique situation case by case. Unopened damaged products may be returned 10 days upon receipt of order. Please submit photos of the damaged or defective product to ElysiumNatural@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. |
